Shipping Information

The French Parrot offers free standard delivery on all orders in Europe. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Shipping in Europe is free of charge. For all other countries, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

The amount of shipping fees for one bag are 15€.

World: 4-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During the sale and holiday periods, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.

For security reasons, all thefrenchparrot.com online purchases require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from our customer care team containing a tracking link.

The French Parrot has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.

Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 14 days following receipt of the Product(s). The customer must contact the customer service via contact@thefrenchparrot.com.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy: Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached in the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Handbags and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender. The French Parrot is not responsible for the refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. The French Parrot cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. Returned parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name and address) is not possible shall be refused.

  

After receiving the returned product refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded. Once your order has been receipted and inspected please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method. Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable. Moreover, any return delivery and clearance costs incurred by you when returning products are non-reimbursable or refundable.

 

 

Payment Information

If you have made the payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your payment is accepted and an e-mail with the invoice with the details from your order. Once we have shipped the order you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code so you can keep track of your order together with the information when the product will be delivered.

You can pay by Visa and Mastercard. They are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.

PAYPAL

You can choose to pay with your Paypal account.

All payments made on our website are completely secure and your personal data is not saved by The French Parrot.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination over which we are unaware. The French Parrot cannot be held accountable for any of these customs duties and import taxes. You should contact your local authorities to take notice of these fees and the respective values that differ from country to country and over which we have no knowledge. It will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the applicable authority in your country.

The French Parrot is not responsible for the refund of any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items.

If you like to cancel your purchase, please send an email to contact@thefrenchparrot.com stated you like to cancel the product(s). 

The product must be unworn, in its original condition and with its original packaging. All attached product labels and logos (if any) must be intact and not be removed. Damaged products will not be accepted for return or refund. Your bag will be refunded, however, the shipping fees are at your cost.

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If there are any questions left, please contact us by email at contact@thefrenchparrot.com for extra help.

The French Parrot products have a 1- year warranty guarantee. We offer repair services for our bags. If the product is within it’s guarantee period and a repair is possible, the restoration will be carried out free of charge. If you find an issue with your product within the guarantee period, please contact our customer care team who will be able to advise you.
